Technical Documentation Specialist.

Savecore is looking for an experienced technical writer who can translate complex system architectures and security requirements into clear, structured documentation in accordance with industry standards. The role involves ensuring that the advanced IT systems Savecore delivers in Sweden and across Europe can be understood, managed and restored, while preserving all project knowledge for the future.

You will work closely with project managers and systems engineers and play a key role in the documentation process for our customers. We are looking for someone who is structured and detail-oriented, with the ability to meet deadlines in a project-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, FAT procedures, network architecture descriptions and commissioning documentation.
• Produce OT/IT security documentation.
• Structure and manage version control of documentation for customer project deliverables.
• Review and quality-assure technical content produced by engineers.
• Create and maintain documentation templates and style guides.

Required Skills and Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in technical documentation within IT infrastructure, industry or the energy sector.
• Ability to understand and document network architectures, server environments and security configurations.
• Fluency in professional, industry-specific English, both spoken and written.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

• Knowledge of IEC 62443, ISO 27001 or similar security standards.
• Experience with documentation in OT environments.
• Background in, or experience collaborating with, project management and technical teams.
• Experience with Visio, Draw.io or similar tools for technical drawings.
• Experience with electrical CAE/CAD tools for circuit schematics and control cabinet documentation (Engineering Base/Aucotec, AutoCAD, EPLAN or similar).
